Unlike a full time employed job, where you’d stay for long term, your fractional work will mean that you may have a number of clients on the go at the same time, or be looking for fractional work frequently throughout the year.

Therefore, we charge a year’s subscription to Flourish TalentEQ. This subscription unlocks access to all organisations on our ‘books’ PLUS you get a certified Emotional Intelligence Leadership Assessment and Development Report, with quarterly coaching throughout the year. We use the Six Seconds SEI model, which is also used by global brands such as AMEX and FedEx in their own Leadership.

The yearly subscription is £750 plus VAT

We do not charge eye watering high percentage rates unlike other companies.

For our services, we take 10% of the contract. For example, if the Fractional is £650 per day, and you need them for 2 days a week, for 6 months then our fee would be £3,120 plus VAT.

Note that the Fractional will come to you with an added layer of EQ leadership training; which is essential in today’s challenging workplace environment. Ability to articulate with confidence with their new colleagues, hold authority, lead with purpose, show resilience and gain trust.
